Shipping & returns
At Ledwinkel-online you pay no shipping costs with an order from € 50 on delivery in the Netherlands. With delivery in Belgium you pay no shipping costs from €100.
We use shipping costs because they have to be paid, this is true everywhere. Especially for orders with a low order value, the shipping costs are sometimes higher than the order value, it becomes very difficult to guarantee our low prices. Most webshops that do not charge shipping costs include them in their price, we like to keep our prices as fair and low as possible.
The shipping costs therefore also depend on your order value.

Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 17:00 and paid with iDEAL, Credit Card or Bancontact/Mister Cash will be shipped the same day if in stock. We have our own stock but some (business) products have a slightly longer delivery time, this is always indicated with the product. The packages are generally delivered the next business day, however, we are dependent on third parties such as parcel services, it could therefore be that a package has a longer delivery time, but for 95% of the shipments are delivered the next business day.
For an order after 17:00 the delivery time is 1-2 days. We make every effort to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.
Delivery in Belgium
For orders from Belgium, orders placed before 17:00 and paid with iDEAL, Credit Card or Bancontact/Mister Cash will be shipped the same day. The delivery time for a Belgian delivery address is generally 1-3 days. again, we depend on third parties such as parcel services. We make every effort to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed and shipped as soon as the payment reaches us. Please keep in mind that it may take 1-3 to process a bank transfer.
Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. If for any reason this is not feasible for the delivery driver it will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will be shipped Monday (next business day) and delivered Tuesday (one day later). So please allow for a longer delivery time if you order on Sunday.>
Delivery times are generally from 08:00 to 22:00. Of course, you will receive a track-and-trace code as soon as your order reaches the carrier. So you can easily keep track of when and in what time period your package is delivered.
Were you not at home at the time of delivery? Depending on the delivery driver, your package will be delivered to your neighbors, offered again or delivered to a pickup point. The deliverer will send you a message about this.
We find delivering quality very important and do everything to ensure the quality of our products. However, it may happen that you want to cancel your purchase. No problem! You can register a return within 14 days of receiving your order. In addition, all our products have a warranty period of 2 years. Below you can read all about the return procedure.
- Report your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Enter the reason for your return, this is not obligatory but helps us greatly to prevent unnecessary returns in the future and to improve our service.
- Please return the product in original condition without damage to the return address below. Please note that use of the product may cause (slight) damage. When receiving a damaged return, we may charge a depreciation. This can be up to 100% of the paid cost.
- Pack the product well in a box to prevent damage during transport.
- Do not put (return) stickers or tape and do not write any text on the original product packaging.
- You pay the return costs yourself, this is an important rule to avoid unnecessary returns and also to minimize the sustainability and emissions of an order. If you are unsure about your purchase please feel free to contact us, our LED specialists will be happy to help you find the right product.
- There are a few exceptions where we take care of the return costs ourselves. Among others when you receive a defective product.
- We will refund you as soon as possible once we have received your return. This can be up to 14 days after receipt.

- You have received a different product or your order is incomplete. Upon receipt, always check that the shipment is complete and correct. If an incorrect product was delivered or a product is missing, please report this to customer service. We will then make sure to correct our mistake as soon as possible.
- Oops! You have received a defective or damaged product. If you have received a defective product, please follow our warranty procedure.

Our Warranty Procedure
If you have received a defective product or the product becomes defective without characteristics of intent or improper handling, you can register the product for return here. You do not have to return the products until you have received instructions from us to do so.
In case of warranty, the return costs are at our expense. You can receive the same product again, choose a similar product or get a full refund.
If problems are entirely or partially the result of improper/ careless use and/or installation or if the problem is due to external causes, the warranty no longer applies. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
